Steel Sprockets - Transmission Sprocket, Anti-corrosion Stainless Sprocket - for light to heavy loads conveying systems

General Introduction: Metal steel sprockets are supplied for effective operation of conveyor belt systems, designed to mesh seamlessly with the conveyor belt, providing power transmission and guarding the conveyor belt.

Structure: Metal conveyor belt sprocket is cut from finished metal material. Tooth number from 8 to 24 teeth

Material: 201 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel are common materials and suitable for most production environments.

Special type sprockets: In addition to the common single-row stainless steel sprockets used with chains, we can produce multi-row, super-punched, large internal width, friction-resistant, shot blasting, heat treatment, boiled black and bluing gears, etc. Special gear is mostly used in environments with high temperature, friction resistance and easy deformation.

Customized stainless steel sprockets: We produce stainless steel sprockets made of 201, 304, 314, and 316 stainless steel sprockets. Various technical indicators including keyway, inner diameter, table diameter, table thickness, number of teeth, tooth depth, pitch, number of rows, etc. can be customized as needed.

Stainless Steel and Galvanized Steel Conveyor Belt Sprockets

Dimensions:

  • Outer Diameter: Ranges from 50 mm to 300 mm.
  • Bore Size: Standard bore sizes and custom bore sizes available upon request.
  • Pitch Diameter: Varies according to the type and pitch of the conveyor belt used.

Standards Compliance: Meets ISO, ANSI, and other relevant industry standards for sprockets and conveyor components.

Standard Roller Chain Sprockets:

Available in Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel, in sizes range from #35 to #100 in chain sizes, usually between 10 and 24 teech, bore options include a plain bore, a finished bore with a keyway, or a taper-lock bushing.

We also supply: Double Pitch Conveyor Sprockets and Split Hub Sprockets for Heavy-Duty Conveyor Systems.

Applications:

Sprockets are used to drive various types of wire conveyor belts, including balanced weave, chain driven, compound balanced (cordweave), flat wire, and rod reinforced belts.

Projects:
